At <em>Bullfinch Tattoo Atelier</em>, we’ll make sure you leave not just with beautiful ink, but with clear guidance.</div><div class="t-redactor__text"><strong>TATTOO AFTERCAREFirst things first — when to wash:</strong></div><div class="t-redactor__text"><strong>If you’re wearing a derm shield (healing film):</strong> <br /><ul><li data-list="bullet">Leave it on for 5 full days. </li><li data-list="bullet">On Day 5, carefully remove it and wash your tattoo with the included soap and lukewarm water. </li><li data-list="bullet">Follow the rest of the steps below.</li></ul></div><div class="t-redactor__text"><strong>If you’re not wearing a derm shield:</strong> <br /><ul><li data-list="bullet">Wash your tattoo gently with the included soap and lukewarm water a few hours after your session.</li></ul></div><hr style="color: #d8d8d8;"><div class="t-redactor__text"><strong>1. Wash gently</strong> <br /><em>Use clean hands only — no sponges or washcloths.</em></div><div class="t-redactor__text"><strong>2. Pat dry</strong><br /><em>Use a clean towel to gently pat the area dry or let it air dry. Do not rub.</em></div><div class="t-redactor__text"><strong>3. Moisturize</strong> <br /><em>Apply a thin layer of the balm from your kit 2–3 times a day. Keep the tattoo moisturized, but let your skin breathe.</em></div><div class="t-redactor__text"><strong>4. Avoid:</strong> <br /><ul><li data-list="bullet"><em>Scratching, picking, or peeling</em></li><li data-list="bullet"><em>Soaking (baths, swimming, saunas) for at least 2 weeks</em></li><li data-list="bullet"><em>Direct sunlight and tanning beds while healing</em></li></ul></div><div class="t-redactor__text"><strong>5.
